Hitting Left.
In 2017 my brother Mike Klonsky and I began a weekly radio show and podcast called Hitting Left. Usually we had a guest or two, talking about what interested us or what interested the guest along, with what was happening in our city, our country and the world.
It all took place in studio at the Co-Prosperity Sphere in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago.
We took a hiatus during the pandemic. Mike returned to regularly hosting the show, while I showed up irregularly.
In two weeks Anne and I are moving to Brooklyn. Happily Hitting Left will continue.
I’ll be zooming in now and then with news from our new home.
Hitting Left can be found on Fridays at 105.5fm at 11:00am central time in Chicago and streaming around the globe at Lumpenradio.com. It can be heard later in the week as a podcast at hittingleft.libsyn.com
This Friday we will be talking about the protests against the Israeli war on Gaza. Lucy Gunderson (my granddaughter), a student activist at Bard college in New York will be joining us.
Here are some of the guests we have had on the show since 2017.
